Pricing & Payments

State-Regulated Notary Fees:

• $5.00 per notarial act / per document type notarized

• If multiple different document types are notarized during the same appointment, each additional document type is $5.00

In-Office Notarizations:

• Clients who visit the physical location are charged only the state-regulated notary fee (no travel fee).

Mobile Travel Fees (Convenience Fee):

• Zone 1 (0–10 miles): $25

• Zone 2 (11–20 miles): $35

• Zone 3 (21–30 miles): $45

Fingerprinting Fees:

• $50.00 per fingerprinting service

• Fingerprint card provided by client: included. No additional fee.

• Fingerprint card (FBI Regulated) supplied by First State Flex-Hours Notary: additional $10.00 per card

All fees are disclosed in advance. Payment is due at the time of service.
